How we work
- Service area: Included within ~15 miles of Machias/Snohomish (Snohomish, Lake Stevens, Everett, Machias, Monroe, Marysville). Beyond that, a small travel fee quoted upfront.
- Minimum visit: $109 (the diagnostic visit rate) — always credited toward same-visit repairs.
- Estimates: Written and signed before any work over $100. No surprises — Washington law and our policy agree.
- Parts: Quality aftermarket or OEM, your choice at quote time. Customer-supplied parts installed at labor rate, no warranty on the part.
- Payment: Card, cash, or invoice on completion.
We’ll refer you to the right shop
Some jobs are safer on a lift or need specialty equipment we don’t carry to driveways. For these, we’ll point you to someone we trust:
- Internal engine and transmission rebuilds/replacement
- Alignments
- Tire mounting and balancing
- Exhaust fabrication/welding
- A/C refrigerant service
- Bodywork
- Anything safer on a lift than in a driveway
We keep a shortlist of trusted local shops and will point you to the right one free of charge — honest referrals are part of the service.
